Sleep Number Beds Sued Over Mold Problem

Plaintiffs have filed a class action lawsuit against Sleep Number beds alleging that they have a tendency to incubate dangerous mold.

The lawsuit alleges that the maker of the beds was aware of the defect and concealed its existence.

According to the lawsuit, not all beds will grow mold, but all of the beds create the right conditions for mold to grow because the beds collect moisture internally.

The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages, but will be asking for compensation to cover the health problems of plaintiffs as a result of the mold.
